As an Operations Manager in Canggu, you will manage daily operations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that every meal meets our high standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team, delivery partners, and management to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.
• Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high food quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.
• Optimize inventory management to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and improve food safety and hygiene practices.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Work with the management team to set and achieve operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Square, Toast, or similar.
• Knowledge of inventory management software like QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
