📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate Quay Container Cranes (QCC) to load and unload containers efficiently and safely.
• Monitor crane movements and ensure compliance with safety protocols and port regulations.
• Work with the Crane Management System (CMS) and Port Community System (PCS) to optimize crane operations.
• Collaborate with the terminal team to coordinate container handling activities.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and report any issues to the maintenance team.
• Adhere to strict safety standards and ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest industry practices.
• Assist in the training of new operators to ensure continuous improvement in operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Container Crane Operator or similar role.
• Valid certification as a Container Crane Operator, preferably from the Indonesian Maritime Training Center (IMTC) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Quay Container Cranes (QCC) and their operation.
• Familiarity with Crane Management System (CMS) and Port Community System (PCS).
• Strong understanding of port operations and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy loads.
