• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing training and motivation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the laundry or hospitality industry
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the laundry industry
