📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.,Assist with guest check-in and check-out, including arranging transportation and coordinating with other service providers.,Organize and manage the daily schedule of the villa, including coordinating with chefs, housekeepers, and other service staff.,Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the villa, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and ready for guests.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including arranging for catering, entertainment, and other special services.,Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.,Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality, respecting the privacy of guests and the villa's residents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or butler service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.,Familiarity with luxury villa and estate management, including knowledge of high-end guest expectations.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and possibly boats.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
