Plantation Supervisor (Supervisor Tanaman)

Bisma Dharma Kencana is seeking a dedicated and experienced Plantation Supervisor (Supervisor Tanaman) to oversee our oil palm cultivation operational administration and field team at our company site in Central Kalimantan.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between our operational goals and the field team's daily activities. You'll be responsible for monitoring crop health, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the plantation, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor crop health and implement necessary measures to maintain productivity and quality.
• Manage and supervise the field team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain detailed operational reports and records for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the plantation.
• Ensure the safe and secure operation of the plantation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs for the field team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plantation management, preferably in oil palm cultivation.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in plantation management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for data management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sustainable farming practices and environmental stewardship.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different locations within the plantation.
