📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
• Investigate and document HSE incidents, accidents, and near-misses to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, including waste management and pollution control.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to proactively address HSE challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE coordination, with a strong background in the Real Estate & Property sector.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent.
• Proficient in using HSE management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and improving HSE programs.
