• Design, develop, and maintain HR systems and digital solutions to support Wilmar's global operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and configure HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM.
• Conduct system analysis, database management, and software development to ensure HR processes are efficient and accurate.
• Ensure compliance with international HR standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR system development or a similar role.
• Proven experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of database management and software development.
• Certifications in HR systems or related fields are a plus.
