As an Assistant Facilities Engineer / Facilities Supervisor (M&E), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your daily tasks will include conducting routine inspections, coordinating with contractors, and implementing maintenance strategies. You'll work in some of Bali's most iconic locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, each offering a unique cultural and natural backdrop.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize facility performance.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support to facility users and address their concerns.
• Generate and maintain detailed reports on facility performance and maintenance activities.
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the overall success of facility projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
