📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize affiliate programs using platforms like ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, or Rakuten Marketing.
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics, including clicks, conversions, and revenue, using tools like Google Analytics and affiliate dashboards.
• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with our policies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies.
• Provide training and support to affiliate partners to ensure they are successful in promoting our products.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Ensure all affiliate activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a performance marketing agency.
