📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing prenatal and postnatal care to mothers and newborns, including check-ups, vaccinations, and health education.
• Assisting in the delivery process, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and baby.
• Conducting newborn screenings and administering necessary treatments.
• Monitoring and managing high-risk pregnancies, providing specialized care as needed.
• Educating patients and their families on maternal and neonatal health, including breastfeeding, infant care, and family planning.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Using electronic medical records (EMR) and patient management systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workplace, adhering to infection control protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a midwife in a hospital setting.
• Certification as a Registered Midwife (RM) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of maternal and neonatal health, including prenatal and postnatal care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and support patients and their families.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and patient management systems.
