In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced CCTV systems and access control solutions. As a CCTV & Access Control Technician at PT Informasi Teknologi Profesional, you will work closely with our team to design, install, and maintain cutting-edge security systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You will use industry-leading tools such as Hikvision, Dahua, and Milestone XProtect to ensure seamless system performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, install, and configure CCTV and access control systems according to client specifications.
Conduct regular system maintenance and perform troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and manage video surveillance footage using Milestone XProtect.
Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation and maintenance.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Perform regular system testing and quality assurance checks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in CCTV and access control system installation and maintenance.
Certification in Hikvision or Dahua technology is a plus.
Strong understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.
Proficient in using Hikvision, Dahua, and Milestone XProtect software.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
