📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components and products.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate production.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and quality.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Keep up-to-date with the latest CNC technology and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist/Technician.
Proficient in operating CNC milling machines, including Fanuc, Siemens, or similar brands.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar.
Strong understanding of quality control and inspection processes.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
Valid CNC Machinist certification is a plus.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
