In this role, you will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. You will monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. With your expertise in project controls, budgeting, and planning, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our residential developments in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for large-scale residential developments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and contracts.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to achieve project goals.
• Provide regular progress reports and financial updates to senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of project coordinators and engineers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, budgeting, and planning.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
