As an ERP Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining ERP systems that integrate various business processes, including finance, human resources, and supply chain management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our ERP solutions are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results. With a salary range of Rp 12,000,000 - Rp 20,000,000 per bulan, this role offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ERP systems using Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
• Integrate various business processes, including finance, human resources, and supply chain management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions align with business objectives.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity using Oracle or MySQL.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of Spring Framework and Hibernate.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably in Oracle E-Business Suite or SAP.
• Proficiency in SQL and database design, with experience in Oracle or MySQL.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Certification in Oracle or SAP is a plus.
