📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing strategic financial advice.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
  • Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.
  • Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and technologies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
