As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments.,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate records are maintained.,Handle and process mail and packages, ensuring they are delivered to the correct recipients.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including stocking supplies and restocking as needed.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.,Provide information about the company and its services to customers and visitors.,Monitor and ensure the security of the reception area and building.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both spoken and written.,Ability to work in a team and follow company policies and procedures.
