📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist with reservations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a polite and efficient manner.,Update and maintain the guest book and visitor log.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.
