📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Plan and organize daily operations to meet sales targets and maintain a clean and efficient work environment.,Train and develop new staff to ensure they meet company standards and are equipped to handle customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked and used efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Proficient in Indonesian, with good English skills being an advantage.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
