📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Evaluating financial statements, records, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Identifying risks and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.,Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their operations and identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
