📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the company's brand and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients to ensure cost efficiency and quality.,Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.,Work closely with the management team to develop and execute special events and promotions.,Monitor food costs and suggest ways to reduce waste and improve efficiency.,Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local culinary trends and preferences.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Valid food handler's certification or equivalent.
