📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing with mechanics and vendors.,Manage fuel and insurance costs, ensuring compliance with budget and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient operation of vehicles.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and costs.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
