📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business processes.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve departmental goals.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize stock management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Represent the company at events and meetings to build relationships with clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
