📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of office and healthcare facilities.,Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and cleaning services.,Assist in the organization and management of office supplies and inventory.,Support the GA Manager in developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a healthcare or office environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
