📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and sell medical products effectively to improve patient outcomes and healthcare services.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.,Attend medical conferences, workshops, and trade shows to network and stay updated on industry developments.,Provide training and support to junior medical representatives to enhance team performance.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market share to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical representation or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.
