📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert tax advice and solutions to clients.
  • Manage a team of tax consultants, ensuring they meet performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
  • Conduct tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of junior tax consultants.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless tax services.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using tax software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
