As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements.,Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback on candidate performance during the interview process.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
