📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow in the healthcare facility.,Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively.,Maintain accurate records of patient information and medical procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.,Support the Captain in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities.,Assist in the planning and organization of healthcare events and workshops.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.,Familiarity with emergency response procedures.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
